Hi! We are Gabrielle & Jessica, the founders of The Orange Flamingo. Our mission is to help real people like you find the best coach to help you achieve your goals. We are very passionate about personal growth and know coaching and mentorship is a critical part of leveling up. We created this site in the hopes of helping to weed through the millions of coaches out there, to connect you with your diamond in the rough, your “Orange Flamingo.”

Interesting Findings
When we first began this project, we were curious about how other people were researching and evaluating coaches before hiring them. As well as if people were having less than satisfactory results regardless of the lofty promises and ‘testimonials’ on social media and the websites. So, after interviewing over 100 Millennials who were actively looking for a coach or had recently hired a coach in the last 6 months, we found that most of them didn’t know where to turn to for real information. Many were finding coaches on Instagram and forced to take the coach’s word for their successes and results. We were shocked to find less than 20% of the people searching were able to verify facts, and that was only because they were lucky enough to know someone who had worked with the coach themselves and could share a first-hand account of their experience. The Orange Flamingo is your “first-hand account” shared by people who like you were searching for some support and have shared their experiences for the betterment of the community!
